Shawn C. Snyder is a partner with the law firm of Snyder & Snyder, P.A. in Davie, Florida where his practice is limited exclusively to estate planning, estate administration, and creditor protection matters.

Shawn is a member of the both The Florida Bar and the Washington D.C. Bar and an adjunct professor in the University of Miami Law School Graduate Program in Estate Planning, where he teaches Income Taxation to attorneys seeking a LL.M. degree. Shawn is a former chairman and member of the prestigious Florida Bar Wills Trusts and Estates Certification Committee and is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the specialty area of Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is also a former member of the Florida Bar Committee on Relations with the FICPA and CPA's, and a founding member of the West Broward Estate Planning Council. He has served as Chairman of the Planned Giving Committee for the United Way of Broward County and is a member of the Nova University Professional Advisory Committee and Florida Blue Key.

Recently, Shawn was credited with forming and chairing the international committee that recently wrote the legislation to amend the Nevis Limited Liability Companies Ordinance and the Nevis International Exempt Trust Ordinance.

Shawn is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned his Master Degree in Accounting and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also earned his LL.M in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Law School.


The meeting begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m.  Free parking is available in the Denver Athletic Club parking garage.  Please notify the parking attendant that you are there for the meeting.

Members are invited to bring guests.  We do not charge for guests at this time.  Printed copies of the presentation will not be available at the meeting.  A copy of the presentation will be available on the website prior to the meeting.


This presentation qualifies for CPE credit in Colorado.
